Although darunavir does not cure HIV, it may decrease your chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome aids and HIV-related illnesses such as serious infections or cancer. The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, red, swollen, itchy, muscle or joint aches, fever, swelling, tenderness, redness, or other signs of infection, nausea, extreme tiredness, loss of appetite.
